By purchasing the Love Mastery, you agree to the following:

💳 Payment & Access

  • Your access to the programme begins once payment is received.

  • If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments in full. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to future sessions and programme content.

  • Payment plans cannot be paused, delayed, or cancelled once initiated.

🔒 No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this programme and the personalised coaching included, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued. Please purchase mindfully.

📅 Call Scheduling, Rescheduling & Expiry

  • You will receive a private link to book your 1:1 sessions after purchase.

  • All four coaching calls must be used within your chosen payment plan time frame:

    • Pay in Full: all sessions must be completed within 30 days

    • Pay in 2 installments: all sessions must be completed within 60 days

    • Pay in 3 installments: all sessions must be completed within 90 days

  • Reschedules are permitted free of charge with 48 hours’ notice or more.

  • Missed sessions or late reschedule requests (under 48 hours) may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach.

💬 Messaging Support

  • You’ll have private messaging access to me throughout the duration of your programme.

  • I aim to respond to messages within 24–48 hours during business days.

  • Messaging support is not intended to replace live sessions or therapeutic services.

🧠 Disclaimer

The Love Mastery is a personal development and coaching programme. It is not therapy or a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. By enrolling, you confirm that you are mentally stable and personally responsible for your decisions, mindset, and emotional well-being.

📚 Intellectual Property

All materials shared inside the Love Mastery — including workbooks, reflection sheets, frameworks, content inside the client portal, and any written or recorded content — are the intellectual property of Dr Kalli Reynolds. These materials are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or repurposed without written permission.

🤝 Client Conduct

This is a high-support, high-respect container. You agree to show up to sessions and interactions with honesty, integrity, and respect for the time, energy, and emotional boundaries of both parties. Any abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the programme with no refund.
